This professional collaboration ensures your care at Tippy Bird Studio perfectly complements your broader medical team, providing a seamless experience from your first consultation to your final Pilates session.
Clinical Services
Remedial Massage
It’s Remedial Massage but not as you know it. It’s all-encompassing, hands on and wholistic. Includes dry needling, cupping, pregnancy and sports massage. Private health fund rebates apply.
1:1 Clinical Pilates
One-on-one Pilates session with an AUSactive Accredited Professional, targeting individual clinical, rehabilitation and sports specific needs. Private health fund rebates may apply. Please check with your health fund provider.
1:3 Clinical Small Group Pilates
Max 3 participants (the social option) working under supervision of a Clinical Pilates Instructor while addressing your individual movement needs. Private health fund rebates may apply for group classes. Please check with your health fund provider.
Self Managed Studio Sessions
Work out at your own pace, in your own time. SMSS are unsupervised sessions with all equipment at your disposal. Prerequisites apply.
